Rivington Park Care Home, managed by Venturi Healthcare, is near Chorley town centre. Our home can provide personal and nursing care for up to 24 residents aged 65 and above. We are dedicated providing our residents with a warm and relaxed atmosphere in their home by prioritising dignity and self-worth. We strive to give them excellent quality of life, as defined by our residents. We encourage our residents’ personal growth, while we meet their medical, clinical and physical needs. We boost their social connections, individual dignity, and personal preferences, all the while provide friendship and care.

Every resident is given a care plan that we adjust to their personal needs. This means we will be involving both the residents and their families in creating and reviewing this plan. We want our residents to continue to live as normal a life as possible, so they still have independence for choices, rights, inclusion, etc. All residents have privacy, as their dignity and giving them respect is essential to what we do here.

Socialising is essential to improve mental health, so every floor has its own lounge and dining area where our residents can relax and talk with others. We have three double bedrooms with en-suite facilities and 19 single bedrooms. We also have a patio area with flowers, shrubs, and garden furniture for your or your loved one’s viewing pleasure. If you want to come and visit, we also have car parking available.
